Graveside Service & Burial

Some families prefer a private graveside burial for a more personal farewell. We arrange a time at your chosen cemetery for a small service, with the option of a priest or celebrant, and a separate service can be held later if desired.

Service & Cremation

Cremation is a common choice in Melbourne, with most cemeteries offering on-site facilities and chapels for services. Families can hold a service beforehand, followed by a hearse-led procession. Cremation usually occurs the same day, and ashes are ready in 3–4 days, with options to keep, scatter, or inter them.

Unattended Cremation

An unattended cremation, or direct cremation, is a simple, respectful option with no service or attendance. The cremation takes place at a chosen crematorium, and ashes are returned to the family, allowing for a private or later memorial.

Many many thanks to Charbel and his team at K&S Funerals, for the professional level of kindness and understanding we received, what amazed me most was that other Funeral Parlours had package deals offering extras that we did not require, their price was set whether you required the extras or not. with K&S Funerals we were able to negotiate a price much cheaper than a
set package deal, with no short cuts. Funeral went exactly as agreed upon and conducted professionally. I cannot thank you enough for a perfect service conducted with much care and understanding.
